Day 1 / Cusco – Llaqtapata (11 Km.)
Transfer from Cuzco to Chillca for the beginning of your trek at the Km 82. three hour walk to the Llaqtapata ruins, (3,200 meters above sea level, 6.5 miles) after lunch you continues walk two hours and half until the first campsite Wayllabamba.
Day 2 / Wayllabamba - Pacaymayo (12.5 Km.)
Wayllabamba, a quiet village of Inca origin and the last main settlement on the Inca trail route before Machu Picchu. Commence the ascent up to Warmiwañusca pass 4215 meters above sea level Llulluchapampa is the first stop at 3,200 meters above sea level (11,800 ft.) in 5 hours you will arrive the highest top ang to get the campsite we must go down two hours more. To pacaymayo 3600 meters above sea level.
Day 3 / Pacaymayo - Wiñayhuayna ( 15.2 km.)
The longest day of trek: 15.2 km. in 8-9 hours (9.5 miles). Continue up to second pass to the valley of the Pacaymayo with its tropical vegetation. After crossing the Runkurakay pass (3,987 m. – 13,000 ft.), the jungle becomes visible on the slopes of the mountains. The trail continues through high jungle with vines, exotic flowers, an Inca tunnel and across a bridge above the lovely Puyupatamarca ruins. The views of the Urubamba and the snow-capped peaks of the Veronica and Salkantay, make these ruins one of the most beautiful places on the trail after lunch we start descending to wiñayhuayna (2,599 m.- 8,500 ft.), a small Inca city which, like Machu Picchu, was abandoned for unknown reasons.
Day 4 / Wiñayhuayna - Machu Picchu
very early we get up 4:30 a.m. in order to go the control which is open at 5:30 after one hour and half we arrive to Intipunku, the gate of the Sun and enjoy the fantastic view of the lost city itself, Machu Picchu set in a grandiose landscape that amazes all spectators. To the city of machupicchu half an hour down we are in the city to receive information about machupicchu with our guides.
Afternoon return by train to Cusco and transfer to your hotel.

Day 1 / Cusco - Machu Picchu
Morning train from Cuzco to the Km. 104 of the trek. Begin walking to the Wiñayhuayna ruins, where you will stop for lunch, visiting the Chachabamba ruins on the way. A two-hour walk will then lead through a more temperate climate, with a more diverse flora and fauna, to the first sighting of Machu Picchu, where you will arrive in the early evening. Begin your descent to Puente Ruinas to camp. You have the option to hire a bus to Aguas Calientes for a visit to the thermal baths (thermomedicinal waters).
Day 2 / Machu Picchu - Cusco
Early buses to visit the citadel of Machu Picchu. After lunch, return to Cuzco. Transfer to hotel.

Day 1: Cusco - Calca - Aguas Termales Lares - Wacawasi
We leave from Cusco early in the morning by bus and travel through the Sacred Valley, arriving at Aguas Termales Lares. We spend the morning in the medicinal hot springs, and after lunch we have four hours of trekking to our campsite.
Day 2: Wacawasi - Epsaycocha
After continuing up through the valley, we arrive at the community of Huacawasi. People here produce some of the finest weavings in Peru. We will observe their great skills and brilliant techniques as they make ponchos and other garments. Passing the village we begin climbing up to Condor Pass, the second pass of the trip at 4300m. From here, we catch a stunning view of the renowned Mount Veronica (5750m.) Descending gently for about one hour, we come to the beautiful Epsaycocha Lake, our last campsite.
Day 3: Epsaycocha - Patacancha - Willoq - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Caliente
Today our trail leads downhill to an overlook facing a wide valley. Descending into the valley, we eventually arrive at the community of Willoq, where we have lunch. Finally arriving to Ollantaytambo. situated in a fertile river valley and sheltered by mammoth mountains, this ancient Inca village is considered one of the most important living museums in the world, here the group takes the train to Aguas Calientes and spends the night there in a comfortable hotel.
Day 4: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu
After an early breakfast, we'll take the bus to Machu Picchu. There we will register and start on our 2 hour guided visit. After enjoying the ruins, we will take the bus down to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to enjoy the town and have time for lunch before we return to Cusco.
